Browsing this website does not require an account. Some products on it do, and what they store is described below.
Irshad AI Employee
Signing in to the Irshad AI Employee workspace uses Google Sign-In. We receive your name and email address from Google; we never receive your Google password.
Email. When your workspace is first created we send you one welcome message: where the workspace is, what to put in it, and how to read the citations. That is the only email the workspace sends on its own. We do not send a newsletter, we do not send marketing, and your address is never sold or shared. If something goes wrong you may hear from a person, because a person is reading — never from an automated sequence.
Your documents. Files you upload are stored so the assistant can answer from them. They belong to your workspace, are not shared with other customers, and are not used to train any model. Folders are private until you deliberately publish one to a channel.
Questions and answers. System-level internal logging is enabled for quality improvement of the system. Questions put to the assistant, the answers returned, and technical details of how each answer was found are recorded so we can find questions the assistant handled badly and fix them.
This log is a working record, not an archive. It is reviewed, acted on, and then emptied — we do not accumulate it. It is internal to IrshadOS and is not sold, shared, or used for advertising.
Standard knowledge libraries. Answers may draw on public reference material, such as Pakistani federal statutes published by the Government of Pakistan. Citations link to the official source so you can verify any answer against the original.
Project enquiry form
The software services quote form sends what you type to our own server. We store your name, email address, and — only if you choose to give them — your WhatsApp number, company and country, along with the project details you describe.
We use it for one thing: replying to your enquiry, by email or WhatsApp. The reply comes from a person at [email protected], not from an autoresponder. Your address is never sold, never shared with anyone else, and is not added to a marketing list. There is no newsletter to be signed up for, and no automated follow-up sequence.
We also record which page the form was sent from and your browser’s user-agent string, to tell which services people ask about and to spot automated submissions. We do not store your IP address.
Ask us to delete your enquiry and we will, with no questions and no delay — email [email protected]. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold.
Booking a live session
The session booking page sends what you type to our own server. We store your name, email address, which sitting you booked, and — only if you choose to give them — your WhatsApp number, firm, role, city, and what you would like the session to cover.
We use it for exactly one thing: getting you into the session. Booking creates a private seat page holding your joining link, and sends you one confirmation email, from IrshadOS at [email protected], containing the link to that page. That is the only message this site ever sends you for a booking — no reminder series, no newsletter, no marketing list, and no sales call unless you ask for one. Your details are never sold and never shared with anyone else.
We also record which page you booked from and your browser’s user-agent string, to tell where registrations come from and to spot automated submissions. We do not store your IP address.
Cancel your seat yourself from your seat page — the link is in your confirmation email, and cancelling frees the seat for someone else. To have the record deleted outright, email [email protected] — no questions, no delay. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold.
Attending the session itself: sessions are not recorded unless we say so at the start and nobody objects. Anything you show us from your own documents stays yours and is not kept.
